If you're not returning them anyway, maybe pay a little bit more attention to making sure nothing goes horrifically wrong.Brandonnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7193007137551439191.post-91719350886511979082012-01-03T13:47:36.599-05:002012-01-03T13:47:36.599-05:00"All I ask is that one damn thing stay the sa..."All I ask is that one damn thing stay the same every now and again. As I said: we are the only team in the conference with blue helmets and with navy blue as a point of emphasis. Good for the brand is good for the program and the school. Gotta maximize it. As for my own preferences: the throwback white helmet with orange and blue stripes, if you please; script UVa optional.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7193007137551439191.post-78078263717744077282012-01-03T00:11:32.979-05:002012-01-03T00:11:32.979-05:00OT: Watching tonight's UVA/LSU game, I was pl...OT: Watching tonight's UVA/LSU game, I was pleased with the win, but can't help but be a bit concerned that Bennett's going to run our guys ragged. Even if it's only to kill a couple minutes a half, I wouldn't mind seeing him rotate Jesperson in there as a long threat. I know Scott is in great shape, but working in Atkins a bit more would help (or increasing Mitchell's workload). Granted, this team leans so heavily on Scott (as he's the one that arguably opens up the spacing on offense), so he needs to eat heavy minutes, but whatever break we can give him can only help if this team (should say when, but something about don't count your chickens ...) makes the tournament. I've seen teams in the past (namely Duke) that went with a short rotation and seemed burned out by the tourny, and the way TB has the troops playing D, they exert a lot of effort.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
