We lost to Miami thanks to a phantom foul, statistically bizarre free-throw shooting, and lucky desperation shots for Miami. We lost to Wake when they had a week to prepare and we had 42 hours (on the road).

No excuses, I know. But still -- those are clearly the biggest shoulda-beens.

Here's the fun thing: Had we won those two games, all else being equal, we would actually finish tied for 4th in the ACC. Amazing! My expectations are high for next year...; March 6, 2011 at 5:55 PM
